What to send
Five lines is enough to start.
Travel dates, even if they can move by a day. Number of adults and the ages of children. Nairobi arrival or already in Kenya. Drive or fly. The safari you liked on this site, if one of them is close.
If you are a company, send the legal name for the invoice and whether you need a meeting space. If you are a school, send the count and the teachers.
The sequence
From note to voucher.

You write
Portal, email or WhatsApp. We reply in working hours, often the same day.

We propose
A day-by-day with camp names, what is included, and a total in USD or KES.

You hold
Deposit by bank, or by M-Pesa and PayPal when those checkouts are switched on. We confirm the hold in writing.

You travel
Vouchers, the guide’s number, and a balance date that is not the morning of departure.
Pay now by bank
Accounts in the company name.
Use your name as the reference. Email the slip to info@topaztravel.co.ke or send it on WhatsApp. We do not treat a transfer as received until it shows.
