Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 East Africa Time. Sunday is for guests already in the field, not for new quotes, unless a flight is that day.

You do not need a perfect brief.
Dates, number of people, children and ages, safari or coast or both, and a budget if you have one. “We are flexible” is allowed. “Surprise us” is not — tell us at least whether you want animals, water, or a board meeting.
