How we behave
A few rules we do not break for a prettier quote.
Name the camp
If a price does not name where you sleep, it is not a price. We will not hide a downgrade behind “or similar” after you have paid.
Say the fees
Park and conservancy fees are line items. They change. We re-quote them rather than absorbing a surprise and resenting you for it.
Children are people
A family safari has shorter drives and a camp that wants them. We will not sell a honeymoon tent to a family of five because the photo is nicer.
No fake urgency
“Only two spaces left” is usually a sales script. If a camp is actually full, we say full and offer the next honest bed.
Money
How the process works in practice.
A typical safari booking starts with a deposit to secure your accommodation, with the remaining balance payable before departure. Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined on a separate page and included in your invoice, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.
